Description
You wouldn’t think that there was anything at all funny about someone having a stroke and, yet, the playwright, Will Butters, has managed to turn his own experience of having a stroke, at a relatively early age, into a masterpiece of black comedy. His experiences of the stroke itself and the rehabilitation in hospital afterwards – aided and abetted by an unholy trinity of patients, Sandra, Hilda and Albert – borders on farce. A play that will move you to laughter and tears.
